Individual therapy:

$225 for intake session, $185 for consecutive sessions.

Blue Cross / Blue Shield Health Insurance Benefits Accepted.

Group Therapy Program:

Our group therapy programs are designed to improve confidence, increase trust, enhance relationships, and strengthen skills in managing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.

Private Pay: $50 per session / or $140 per month

We currently have openings for individual therapy with Victoria Alercia.

She has the following availability:

  • Mondays from 10am to 1pm (virtually or in-person)

  • Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm (virtually only)

  • Thursdays from 10am to 1pm (virtually or in-person)

Rates + Insurance

Out-Of-Network Information:

  • All clients that are deemed out-of-network or opt to utilize self-pay options instead of insurance benefits are entitled to a Good Faith Form per the No Surprises Act. For more information, head to https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a Superbill to submit to your plan for potential reimbursement. Please note we are unable to accept out-of-pocket payment for covered services from Medicaid recipients according to our county's managed care organization.

Payment:

  • Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.​

Cancellation Policy:

  • Regular and timely attendance to your scheduled appointments is an integral part of your psychological treatment and directly affects your treatment progress. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we respectfully request as much advanced notice that  you can provide and require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by phone call and/or voicemail. If you miss a session without providing more than 24-hour notification, you will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of $50.00.

  • For a missed appointment without advanced notice, you will be charged the NO SHOW fee of $185.00 - our full session rate.

  • This cancellation policy is provided in line with respectful attention to the time of providers, scheduled clients, and clients who may be on the appointment waiting list. Excessive cancellations and requests to reschedule your appointments can negatively interfere with your clinical treatment, even when advanced notice is provided. You are encouraged to discuss repeated scheduling concerns with your provider during your appointments. Missed appointments due to unforeseen emergencies will be evaluated on an individual basis.  In case of inclement weather, your in-person service will be provided virtually.
